Explain the meaning behind “Bean to Cup.”
For Guillermo’s, “Bean to Cup” represents the importance of what goes behind each cup of coffee. We source our coffee from importers that we trust and know the farmer has been respected through fair trade. Once we have carefully selected each origin green bean, it is then brought to Guillermo’s Little Rock site. We carefully roast these beans, grind, and brew them for you to have the freshest cup of gourmet coffee.
How do you back up your motto, ”Only the Best. Always Fresh!”
After carefully selecting and receiving those fresh green beans, we then un-bag them and start the roasting process. We use strict quality control and carefully roast these beans on site several times a week. After the roasting process, we put them on our wall of beans and send them to our local partners. Our wholesale partners are River City Coffee, Community Bakery, 420 & Turnrow, Petit and Keet, Delicious Temptations, Fellowship Bible Church, Geyer Springs Baptist Church, Morningside Bagels, Heights Corner Market and The Green Corner Store.
